How can so many people dislike Tomm Hulett? He's have just a different view of Silent Hill! That's all. All fans want a new Silent Hill game, to look like the four first games, but no one seems to understand. It's 2012 now! What Tomm says in this video is that you have to test out new things in the new Silent Hill games, the old is already taken. And Tomm is quite right.

Silent Hill, for me, is like what star wars is for many other people. I don't care how bad they've gotten or how frustrated I might have gotten over more recent games. I will always buy them hoping for the next SH2 which in my opinion is still the best game ever made

Anticipating this game's release more than anything. I was trying not to get my hopes up about it at first but at this stage it really looks like it may be one of the best SH games ever... I can't see how it can possibly not be a great game based on what we've seen of it recently. It's so clear how serious Tomm and the rest of the people developing it are taking it, and how adamant they are about it not being a cheap or generic rehash of the previous games. Awesome interview!

Silent hill should have ended with the 4rth game, when all the key persons involved left the franchise. As Akira said. Its a mixture of japaneese feelings in an western environment. Now that western developers has taken over completely we get an action oriented game which tries to be an intellectual mystery survival horror. But fails! Then they try to copy SH2 plot over and over because it is the most fanbeloved. This isnt anything new. Its just a third person shitty game with a Silent hill name

i find it funny that old Tomm doesn't quite know what he is talking about but then he changes what his views are eg. silent hill 2 about pyramid head being only a manifestation of James mind i think you have being watching The Real Silent hill Experience TOMM! with a double MMMMMMMMMMMM
