  • not bad at all for a automatic 4 cylinder, imagine if it was a 5 speed!

  • @wickedblackcamaro I REALLY wish it had been a 5 Speed, if it were I would still have it to this day. But the tranny decided to take a shit after the engine started acting up. Sad really, twas a great truck, but now I have a suzuki reno and it is still a GM, says it right on the Camshaft too!

  • @Inu1294 ive heard that these trucks are shit, but what happened to your motor and tranny?

  • @wickedblackcamaro the ECM kept going out on mine, and the transmission I don't even remember, but I traded it in and got some money for it, I really wish I had gotten the V8 Colorado, those are the shit from what I've heard and seen

  • what can u tell me about of a chevy colorado 2005 i5?? i have one since,do you think im gonna have some engine problems ahead???

  • @elcorolla06 I really don't know much about the i5's, but as with any engine if you keep it maintained it should not give you problems, if you are concerned I would try some Colorado Forums. I have a buddy of mine with the i5, so far he has no problems and is pushing 80k miles on his. Just keep it maintained, you shouldn't have any problems with the engine.

  • Wow man, I was sketchy about getting one of these because I didnt think the I-4 would have to much power but that was pretty impresive.. Nice truck

  • Pretty good for a 4 cylinder truck. Better than I expected.

  • I got an 08 W/T model with the 2.9L/5sp and 3.73 rear end gears, it will smoke my buddies 5.4L F150, and it gets 30mpg......I can lay rubber even going into 3rd...bad thing is it is governed at 98mph....BUT...it wil do that in 3rd and stil have some left.

  • it is just me or does the 4cyl one seem faster than the 5cyl one

  • i like my 5 banger better

  • wheel spin from a 4 banger? friggin nice man!

  • @wickedblackcamaro I just bought an 07 colorado 4 cylinder 5 speed. Its got some pick up

  • i guess you would still have it if you had a manual heh

  • i work for a local autoparts company, i drive a colorado 300miles a day, it has 187,000miles on it right now, it runs great, sounds like its out of oil for like 3 seconds at startup, then its perfect.. it was overheating about a month ago, but its fine now.. the chk eng, ABS, and airbag lights are on, but i'm impressed with how strong they are, i really like driving that truck.. lol squatting, loaded w/batteries and cases of antifreeze it gets on the freeway without even kicking down gears..

  • @Inu1294 yeah the v8 colorados haul ass, and the v8 is a better motor
