Don't you know that Imam Abu Hanifa (ra) was tortured to death. Imam Malik (ra) was tortured. Imam Ibn Hanbal (ra) was tortured because they defended the religion. Don't you know these?

@AbuMuslimKhorasani There is nothing in Shia books that Imam Mahdi(a.s) is hiding from people because of fear. That is totally nonsense and you know you are talking trash here.

And be aware Wahhabis and Sunnis are clear enemies of Imams. All Imams were martyred by Sunni Khulafa. Your children even don't know their names. If it wasn't for Shias, they've been forgotten from the history. Your Islam is nothing but Umayyad Islam.

They are not created by 'filthy Wahabis' but by rafizi scholars themselves. They have turned Ali (ra) into a coward, and all Imams into cowards who feared people.

Now according big Shia scholars like Tusi and Murtaza, 12th Imam is hiding due to fear of Zalimeen.

We Sunnis are the real followers of Ahlulbayt (ra).

Let me make it clear for you. First, Ali (ra) didn't utter those words to Umar (ra). Secondly, Abbas (ra) is calling Ali (ra) a sinful, liar etc. Umar (ra) then used the words of Abbas (ra) to make a point.

If you want we can discuss this Hadith in pm because I can't post all Hadith here.? It is hard to clean.

Note: This hadith is also mentioned in Bukhari but without the words 'sinful treacherous, liar etc.

I think I found where is your problem. First of all, its not in the second part of the hadith its in the first part. the story is this: Uthman, Abd al-Rabman b. 'Auf, Zubair and Sa'd came to Umer (one side) and then Ali(a.s) and Abbas. Abbas then says to Umer decide a dispute between me (me and Ali) and this sinful, treacherous, dishonest liar which refers to Uthman and Sa'd. There were many people there too and they encouraged Umer to do so...

Umer says: ." So both of you[Abbas and Ali] thought him [Abu Baker] to be a liar, sinful, treacherous and dishonest. And Allah knows that he was true, virtuous, well-guided and a follower of truth.

OK, I don't believe that you have read.

Anyways, let me tell you what I found. In the second part of that long hadith, Ali (ra) is also called a liar, sinful, treacherous etc by ibn Abbass (ra). So if you want to accept the first part then do the same with the second part.
