The Golden Age of JRPGs was not the PS1/PS2. It was more like the SNES, since that not only had Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior, it also had Super Mario RPG and FREAKING EARTHBOUND. You can't go wrong with EarthBound.

@MistaB00m Xenoblade is nothing like final fantasy. The fighting system is just so awesome in Xenoblade, you can freely move around with the joystick the same time you choose which skill you want to use. The storyline and cutscenes are fantastic. First playthrough took my 60 hours, and I really wish it had been longer, because the game is so good you don't want it to end.

Xenoblade Chronicles gets a 10/10 from me, the game is seriously worth thousand times it's original price!

You must get it!
