All it really needs is another edit to cut out the several seconds at a time where nothing really happens. Other than that, it's not a bad concept (You should totally get Bruce Willis to star in a movie called Blowing Up Terrorists). When you make your first 16mm film, there's a tendency to not want to cut a single frame of film because that stuff is expensive.
