Lotus Challenge Series Demo Race #3

3rd and final demo race in the 2008lotus challenge series time attack series. We are starting off behind the Corvette ZR1 pace car then we cruise at 40mph down the front straight until we get the green flag. I got a bad start then worked back to the front. Pulled out a good 7-10 second lead then cooked my brakes on the 2nd to last lap.

so what happened with the brakes? did they just go soft or was it something to do with the pads/calipers? thanks!

boiled the brake fluid, pedal went straight to the floor.  It was just too long between flushing them.

cool, are you running std supercharger or aftermarket ? what boost ?

standard blower with a 2.7" pulley. Makes ~ 11psi

nice drive, you came good after a lap or two ... what mods and power you got ? seems to really well ... much better than my exige s240 ...
