might be a dumb question, but can you keep the battery hooked up to the actual car while doing this procedure, or will that foul up the car's electronics? I have a 1991 Toyota Camry that's been for sale for almost 3 months, no responses, just want to jump it to drive it around and keep everything functional...thanks :)

@ThePurpleMenace My guess would be that it would be OK Menace - but that's a guess. I'd advise removing the cables off the battery, then attaching the cables from the charger to the car battery , and let the battery charge up. Disconnect the charger, and reconnect the car cables.At least you can leave the battery in the car that way.
