I need help! Everytime I try 1 twist I turn a half left and then a half back to the same side...How can I do it right?
TheDacy 1 year ago
@TheDacy throw the somersault and then wrap the twist and SQUEEZE!!! with a neutral head position and a good wrap into the twist you should be able to make it around! good luck

The numbers represent the direction and number of somersaults while the letter represents the position. In the hundreds place 100's= forward, 200's= backward, 300's= reverse or "gainer", 400= inward. the number in the 1's place is the number of flips (goes by half of a flip each number). ie, 101= forward dive and 102 = forward flip. so go up to 109 and its 4.5 somersaults. Letters go A= straight, B= pike, C= tuck, and D= free (for twisters).
