4 MOVES 10 REPS EACH REPEAT CLIP 3 TIMES.

  • I just friended you on facebook. What I like about you is you are motivating and not annoying. I did this routine minus the get ups yesterday . It was tough but I pulled through. I did a routine that was: 1 min j-rope w/ 5 toes reaches each leg, cherry bombs 5x's and x-ups 10x's. I repeated this 5x's;I really enjoyed it especially with your music. I will do the get ups when I feel stronger. I use to do x-ups a few years ago and they are very effective for the obliques and lower back. Thks!!!

  • @makingthebest09 this is mint, thanks for putting in all this effort! I play loads of football (i.e. soccer) and never really put in much work as far as upper body, your videos have been a huge help!

  • Ahmad does this work out the whole belly? It had me sweating 3 minutes into it lol started today but I plan on sticking to it for a month. Nice vid.
