@airmatt86 Which means they don't. Also a lot of times police are exempt from the same laws they fine us for. Most are exempt from the seat belt law. I'm sure Cali cops are exempt from the hands free cell phone law. In VA they are exempt from the no texting while driving law. So no, they don't have to abide by the same laws as the peasant citizen.

In Kansas we call them Motor Carrier Inspector, they are as well a State Trooper. Truckers call then DOT Cops.

They are not mechanics or dog catchers. They are " lunch trucks" to us drivers or a rolling "donut shop" come on get with the times!

cops should do this more often.
Every day I see these cheap and lazy people who do not want to spend $20-30 to buy a simple bluetooth. If see see someone being stupid, driving slow in a left lane, or cannot keep withing the lane - there is a 90% chance that he or she is on the phone!
