@HollyFusco I know you policy very well.I'm also a ballet trained in LA & composer for ballets.I disagree with the Balanchines policy heritage. To create WALLS doesn't bring anything good. Everything that comes after a genius turns misunderstood by the followers.Art is OPENING.Mr.B's a new language. What's the punishment for dance in the Ballanchines style? It's not a COPY is a HOMAGE to your Master.I'm just tired to meet people in the ballet world with Hysteria.Petipa's family should be millioners

First of all, I am a professional ballet dancer in a Balanchine company. I have been trained in the Balanchine style my entire career, which has spanned currently for 10 years. There is such thing called The Balanchine Trust, which basically copyrights all of Balanchine's choreography and ballets, so companies like this, cannot rip off his choreography and do it incorrectly. If you were to make a painting, and someone was to replicate it in an awful way, without asking,

I am in a Balanchine company. I am trained as a Balanchine dancer. Balanchine's choreography can be studied, by the company that he created his works on. There are plenty of videos to watch (Balanchine celebration 1 2 and 3). This is why there is something called THE BALANCHINE TRUST. So companies like this do not IMPERSONATE his choreography. It is copyrighted. The ballets can only be staged by other dancers who actually performed the ballets before. it.

@HollyFusco You have such a sick hysteria , If Balanchine movements can not be studied , then Balanchine himself should respect Bizet music from Symphony in C,and all the rights of the music he used for his performances, and all the ballets should pay copy rights to Tchaikovsky's family..Are you Insane? Provably Balanchines would love that dance world use his heritage...he is an universal legacy,If I paint in the style of Miro or Picasso, should I be Illegal?U are very confused, SICK

Omaggio a Balanchine? Come il New World Ballet School di Cosenza diretto dal Maestro Bruno Verzino...nessuno in Italia..parliamone pure..e poi vediamo!!!Si, voi siete carini...ma i giovani allievi del Maestro Verzino lo sono troppo di più!!
Somewhere, Balanchivadze is rolling over in his grave and wishing he had been born blind.
