Saddled with a mixture of printers and walk-up copiers from several vendors, almost none of which were networked, Manatee School district faced spiraling operational costs, many of which were all but untrackable. Teachers were spending hours every week simply copying documents or paying for copies at local copy shops. The system was broken.
