10/5/2008- 'The Kingdom It's Really Upside Down' - God's unique way of growing his kingdom isn't what we may expect from a king. In fact, many times he flips our expectations completely upside down. In a conversation with the Pharisees in Luke 14, Jesus demonstrates this beautiful uniqueness and reveals the impact it can have
on how we relate to each other in our everyday activities. [Focus Scripture: Luke 14:1-11]

your talks have really been perceptive and answered questions I have had. One question, Constantine and the pope of his time, decided to have Christians (Constantine brought many pagan ideas with him when he became a "Christian") worship same day as sun-worshipers., so less confusion.. The Catholic church says this shows they have authority on earth to change times. Jesus was not legalistic re: sabbath, but why do you/we have church on SUNday rather than the Sabbath Jesus kept?
