ABS Products http://abs-products.com custom built this blast cabinet to use steel shot for ceramic coating Cummins diesel manifolds. It was built for Jerry Hummel of Full Tilt Performance http://fulltiltperformance.com/ in Jackson, Minnesota. This cabinet is huge, 60" x 60" and contains two custom turntables with rollers that allow round manifolds to be rotated as needed while shot peening them. These two turntables allow for long parts to be worked on easily. It comes with two shot peening guns, controlled by a selector switch, one with a traditional nozzle and the other with a 90 degree nozzle for shot peening the inside of the manifold as well. This blast cabinet has excellent visibility because of the dustless nature of stainless steel shot media, the protected glass viewport and the 4 internal light fixtures. It comes with a step up work area covered with a flexible diamond mesh that has give in order to make a long day easier on the legs and back. It also comes with a lift out shot peening tray that makes cleaning small parts a snap. Can be built w/ track & dolly on side to handle diesel blocks & diesel heads.
