My mother always told me the same thing...put the baby in the crib for 5 or 10 minutes...Walk away, take a breather, or call someone....IT WORKS! The baby either goes to sleep, or calms down. The everyone feels better and no one is dead!

What kind of asshole (sorry) would do this to a child. I work with children and I am auntie of five boys and I would never do anything that damn stupid. I hope and pray that this person get what is coming to them.

i think the worst part of the whole issue is that she was paid to care for children and these parents put their absolute trust in her... their most precious gift- a part of themselves; a part of their hearts!!!

The child is crying for a reason. Figure out the reason and bingo the child stops. WHAAA is the only word the baby knows, it is every word to the baby..Thowing the baby or shaking the baby does not work.

holy shit. thats terrible. wow this really makes me appreciate how good my life is, i mean it could be a lot worse. I wasn't as forgiving as you when i described what should happen to that lady. I was much more violent with what i wished on her and i still think she deserves a lot worse of a punishment than our current justice system can legally provide.
