Usually the bloods and X-ray are still not back, and they have no idea what the patient has, actually..........

Daaah it can not be sky high, if it only been 60 minutes! also if troponins are normal, what does it tells u? She is a renal pacien,dont you know THAT could elevate CPK-mb? So if u gonna comment something, first read a little! Good video, happens everyday!

haha. that was hilarious, but you forgot a couple of lines...
1. her potassium is 2.1, but you didnt give any replacement because of her renal failure
2. her blood pressure, before adding the nitro patch, was 82/43
3. although her troponin was normal, her chest pain (which only the nurse, who actually talked to the patient, knows about) started 1 hour ago and her CKMB and relative index are sky high
