  • Daaah it can not be sky high, if it only been 60 minutes! also if troponins are normal, what does it tells u? She is a renal pacien,dont you know THAT could elevate CPK-mb? So if u gonna comment something, first read a little! Good video, happens everyday!

  • Surprised the ER doc didn't get a CT to rule out PE. haha

  • haha. that was hilarious, but you forgot a couple of lines...

    1. her potassium is 2.1, but you didnt give any replacement because of her renal failure

    2. her blood pressure, before adding the nitro patch, was 82/43

    3. although her troponin was normal, her chest pain (which only the nurse, who actually talked to the patient, knows about) started 1 hour ago and her CKMB and relative index are sky high
