Well, It's very easy defend against so you complaining says something about your defensive skills. I havn't had anyone score a wrap around on me since december 2008.

...i win almost all my games, if i loose its cause theyr CHEAP, not saying u are, maybe ur one of the rare decent players lol i have alot more satisfation scoring one timers, slapshots from the point, wrist shot top corner, and deking a goaler, than always scoring a wraparound like a complete faggot, i am not even joking guys, EVERYONE DOES IT AND EVERYONE DOES IT SUCKS, i choose not to do it just to proove u dont need to wraparound to win!

I rarely go for the wraparound when I play, once in a while I do. I try to play realistic, varying my attacks, shots, dekes etc. Maybe it's too easy to score w the wraparound - I definitely think so when playing the CPU but when I play online I don't have much trouble with ppl doing wraparound. I mean - when you know what they're going to do, it's not that hard to defend.

Im with you thesp88. People cant score legit so they try to cheat. Doesnt matter if its "easy to defend" if you try a glitch goal youre a faggot plain and simple.

damn i just start to play online with 09 and i'm always trying to play as realistic as possible, one-timer and slap shot from the blue line are my favorites way to score but when i get agains't cheap player it's just boring.... we don't have the gamer we use to have

nhl 08 was the "fast past glitch", now its the faggot wraparound, no one on nhl o9 has skills, no one ever plays this game without glitching. no matter how u play defensively theyll just skate back and forth to get an opening and to the wraparound, no one is able to deke out a goaler, wrist shot , slapshot, one timer, i do all these goals five times a game, but somehow i loose cause noobs get the puck once and do a wraparound 7 times...

Its not hard to defend the wrap around you are right. But it gets tricky when if you take away the wrap they go to something else that's cheap. The fact is they shouldn't have to adapt to a glitch goal. I left for France 6 months ago and NHL 09 was fun... now i come back and 9/10 people i play try this and if its not there they do the stupid wrist shot. And i'm sure a bunch of those guys do it just because everyone else does. Its a shame that such a good game got exploited and ruined.

Goals like this I have no problem against because it is easy to defend, just stick somebody behind the net, what is slightly less easy to defend is when they do the wrap around-slap shot five hold on the goal line glitch goal
