  • @MrKrtecek007 Thank you, right now just three days a week for about an hour and a half each workout as soon as the weather gets warmer I'll get in some more cardio.

  • Nothing but perfect body, killer looks (probably?) an overall hunky guy!

  • @Evilsork I'm lucky to have large legs, my legs get a workout on my cardio days, jogging and running sprints and I do include squats and leg presses once in a while.

  • @MyHiddenAgenda i have a little question. i read your week routine and i see, you dont train your legs? why?
