@dondilarae8483, the real problem here is that in the same amount of time it took them to dream up and perform this foolishness, they could have actually taken the bible and taught people the TRUTH. And that is, there NO BIBLICAL BASIS WHATSOEVER for the modern concept of "tithing". As part of The Law, it was ABOLISHED when the New Covenant was instituted (through Christ). And to "tithe" biblically requires Levites, a priesthood, and temple.
Lies through entertainment. That's all this is.

Wow... The hateful things some "Christians" can say, insulting this video. Stevens Creek is a church that is open to EVRYONE, and accepts everyone JUST HOW THEY ARE, SINS AND ALL!!! It's a shame to see how easy some people can live the Godly way for ONE DAY a week, and be so JUDGMENTAL the other six days... Remind me again... WHO is supposed to judge? CERTAINLY none of YOU! And if you've never attended Stevens Creek, then I pity you.

I loved it! Too funny. I wish we had some brave people in our church that would do that. It is ok to laugh and have a little fun in church.

my dad came up with the idea of doing this. and by the way they were doing this to be funny but to give the message of tithing. there are many churches who have done this.

@Rep2keep33 I've seen different versions of this dreadful 'Tithing Rap' on YouTube and I've noticed that none of these rappers were black people while HipHop/Rap have a real Black History. The origins of Rap Music is calling out against social injustice, racism, prejudice etc. This 'rap' song promotes only self-indulgence and has nothing to do with giving freely to the Lord God.
