I find it hard to believe that anyone would put a noose around their neck to enhance sexual pleasure or gratification. I just don't buy it. Unless this David guy was totally whacko?
Also, keep in mind, they will try to make it look like an "accident" to collect insurance money. Correct me if I'm wrong, but insurance companies don't pay out money on suicides?

Incredibly sad, still....sometimes we all do foolish things....it just so happened the wonderful David died from his.....I loved this man, he was so charismatic, spent my childhood watching Kung Foo and he was the best thing in Kill Bill.....never was making a sandwich done with such bravado
