Pressure points of the Legs 1 Level 1 The whole point of this Series is to give scientifically provable and verifiable striking points based on sound Anatomy and science. Not! pseudo science. I am in consultation with a Physiotherapist and sports rehab Trainer/consultant (and also a Martial artist), on every one of these points to make sure things are correct. all free no DVD to buy! Trevor Robinson

  • Good moves and all but I don't see half of them being used in a fight because the fight would go way to fast to react

  • @pre2ton101 for you you mean?

  • why dont they do it a bit faster? I couldn't react so fast if it was a real enemy I was fighting

  • @woof0019 Because the Purpose of this video is to show where the points are not to show how fast I am that will be on level 2. look at the title these are level 1!

  • @gekiryudojo good point:) I just wanted to know how the heck I am going to defend myself by hitting his bicep before he hits me:S

  • @woof0019 let his arm come to your fist. if you try to move to him he will either stop or move in a different direction. you move your fist to intercept his biceps as his fist comes in that way you have a lot more time to react to his attack

  • It's pretty cool what we can do to the body just by following preassure points. However, never forget that the preassure points will allways come second to physical shape, control and force. No use in trying to hit preassure points if you lack the coordination or strength to do damage on those points.

  • Those leg points hurt like hell:) Hope you are having a good day brother. Take care Trevor. Peace,Robert

  • Exelente canal,exelente explicacion y exelentes maestros

  • i wanted to now how to stun someone's muscles ESY

  • @TheTwilight946 I find that people out of shape are easy to hurt and have a low pain threshold

  • Trevor.. Hello again, I wanted to ask you a question. Back here in India we have most of the gents population eating too much and so are covered with thick layer of fat. I was wondering if these points would be effective against that kinda crowd. (not that i get into fights but as a commoner this is my observation. could you please clarify that?
