Nature * Beauty around us

Everyday we go out to make our videos is exciting, we never know what to expect. We went to Summerhill Pyramid Winery to see Percy Schmeiser, the Canadian farmer that battled Monsanto over genetically manipulated canola seed. But we also found a fun fashion show put on by Kaela Aryn of Frock Consignment Clothing along with a variety of organic products. Always on the lookout for the different I spotted flowers with bumble bees on them gathering pollen, I was able to get some of my best close-up videos. Then the hanging flower baskets overflowing with plants at the SummerHill Pyramid Winery were a distraction for me and my camera. Nature is magnificent.
Down by the waterfront at the Lake City Casino Kelowna Dragon Boat Festival I got caught up in trying to get good video of seagulls drifting on the wind with the Okanagan Valley and Lake as the backdrop. Beauty is all around us but how many people really see it?
