Holy crap! I remember the one that came through in 1994! I lived in SL for a few years. I lived and worked in the building next to the firehouse. It was the Currier Press building at the time. One night a huge storm blew in. It suddenly stopped, like a switch was hit, then my ears popped and it suddenly sounded like there was a monster freight train pulling to the depot! Micro burst- shmicro burst!
I was on Lower Saranac Lake when this rolled through on site #39 it was INTENSE. We actually had the rear of a boat underwater when a wave from the wind rolled through
Damn, I was looking at the NYS radar yesterday (since I live downstate in Ulster County) and said to myself "Lucky Adirondacks! They're getting the biggest cells right now! Dammit!" Now, I know what those cells contained. Any confirmed touchdowns?
I remember that. I was playing baseball!

The Point (an expensive hotel) had 75-150 trees down because of this. They called it a micro burst.

Wow, that looked intense. What a drastic change in weather in just two minutes. It looks like your blow down ended up in Bloomingdale.
