I have a '82 VS696 kinda LP double cut like. three piece maple/rosewood neck, slight neck pitch, I buy matsumoku guitars as soon as i see them since what you get for the money is fantastic.

i put russian mullards in for the el84s and stepped down to 12ax7 , 12at7 then 5751 it just softens the amp a little. kept the first one hi gain so i can get that ragged early breakup for that on-edge clean sound. and thank you for checking these out!
