Acorn use hard sale pressure tactics! We had a visit from them and after over 2 hours had to show them the door. Stannah on the other hand are brilliant! No pressure and arrived on time. I asked the sales lady if she wanted to stay for dinner with us. We might have paid a little bit more for our Stannah but it's piece of mind knowing we're with the number 1 choice for customer service and quality! The last time the service engineer came he even changed a few light bulbs for me.
