I think age of consent should be determined by IQ, and birth prevention medications should be given freely.

I'm failing to see your logic here. "you should not be aloud to have sex until the age of 18". There are wonderful parents who took very good care in providing for their children who were conceived well before the parent in question was of age. There to, are people who make enough money but just choose to put themselves before their children. You can't just say an age and assume maturity.

No written test can measure whether or not someone is emotionally ready to handle a sexual relationship. This is just one of those things that I think can't be tested. Besides, that sounds rather fascist.

Most people at 21 are still trying to get their life on track. I know plenty of 22-year-old graduating college seniors who don't know what they're doing with their lives yet. 18 is legally an adult (at least in most states in the U.S., where I live). They should be able to make the decision whether or not to have sex at that age. What is so special about 21, anyway?

meh.. I like your idea of basing your rights around IQ but I think that should start around 13.
