Do you always use papertowels or have you use normal fabric towels or kitchen towels?

So far I have always used papertowels, What ever you use be sure to not leave the cooktop unattended. Were a pot or a pan to run dry, that pan/pot could get hot enough to set off the paper, or anything flammable for that matter.
So Always be careful!!
