Hi there, you mean when the people starts singing? The song is "Necesito Olvidar" (I need to forget). This version is by Carlos Di Sarli with singer Roberto Rufino, they recorded it in 1942 album "Sus primeros éxitos Vol. 1 ". It was also recorded in the same year by Francisco Canaro with singer Eduardo Adrian. Hope that helps!
