    Well, I suppose someone had to catch this kludge. :)

    Yes, this was done as a matter of convenience, since the data was easily available. To grab the previous day's close would have added another 5 minutes to the screencast, so we opted to go with the estimate instead. Nice catch!

  • Cool idea! Looks great!

  • Last example underlying idea is flawed.

    To get a stock daily change you need to subtract the closing price from its previous day closing price, not from its same day opening price.

    Apart from this, strata seems very nice. Wish it were open-source/dual-licenced.
