SoulCalibur IV - Darth Vader Story Mode (Xbox 360) [Part 1]

Yes, that's right. The famous Dark Lord of the empire has arrived on the Xbox 360 as Downloadable Content. Turns out the rumor I heard months back about him was true. (I believe this ALSO means Yoda has hit the PS3 as DLC) :)

This is a custom Vader I made today, which is why he has four special abilities and a buttload of life.

Now to describe his moveset: He's very hard to get adjusted to when you've used someone as fast and small as Yoda...because Vader is the exact opposite; he's the size of George Washington, and is slower than molasses (I'm not even kidding about the size of George, he was 6 '8, and the statistics that the game provides about Vader's height is 6 '8 as well). However, despite the fact about Vader's size and slow speed, his attacks prove to be fatal. My custom Vader gets the benefit of "Start Dash A", which compensates for his slow speed, and makes all his stats much higher for a set time. He also uses more "force-based" moves than any of the other Star Wars characters on this game, which is nice when I feel like blasting my opponents onto their ass with a thrust of a hand.

Finally, in this video, I should point out that in the PS3 version, Vader did not have to fight Yoda on Stage 4.........Yes, that's right: The two most powerful Jedi officially clash in this video.

Just something i've always wanted to ask...

Does Yoda, Vader or the Apprentice get any other weapons besides their basic lightsabers?

Oh yes. These lightsabers give them their special abilities (like Start Dash A, etc.)

There was a bulletin at the time advertising Vader's arrival to SC4. If it's not still there, just go search under the "All Games" menu at XBL Marketplace. He should be there.
