I like adding the Blue Curacao last - as in the video. Nice touch for the customer as the blue sinks into the orange.

youre already pouring a watered down drink from your shaker since there is ice in it, so i wouldnt oversell that. but i like version of blue hawaiian best. i like to pour the blue curacao slowly i get a nice gradient from blue-green-yellow
