@HodmoxTheCritic political treason?

@ephabouyed What could be the biggest upset is massive gains for the Scottish and Welsh national parties. Current polls (November 2011) put the SNP way up in Scotland, sweeping almost every seat north of Hadrian's Wall before them. That would actually send the Lib-Dem numbers through the floor, and seriously dent Labour's expected majority. The Tories would suffer less from this upset, if they ward off big losses in England, because they have fewer seats to lose.

The only thing I would do to improve voting is get rid of majority rules.

Labour elections 1997,2001,2005 was there day however after 2005 too much had happened eg Job losses, Immgration and the banking crisis also with Tony Blair leaving Gordon Brown wasn't strong enough then we had the MP expenses i think that was the final nail in the coffin
Labour did do good for the country like national mininum wage, 4 weeks holiday pay and nhs spending.
I think if Gordon Brown had taken Labour in for another five years they would of got destroyed in the next election

@HodmoxTheCritic Of course, my jaw dropped when I saw that the Lib Dems were set to be virtually unchanged (I was a naive LD at the time), thought then was "THis is why the voting system needs to change."

To think this was nearly 18 months ago and I remember watching intently waiting for the exit poll, reckoning that it would be the Tories in with a slim majority similar to 1992. As soon as Hung Parliament came on screen my initial thought was "The Lib Dems have a Coalition chance here." Little did I know that political treason would occur.

@LankyITFC The Conservatives are only messing up the country for left wing liberals who think the state owes them a living.
