They sing like angels and are virtuosos- and haven't lost a step.
I sure wish there were some bands today who sing about sweet, romantic love in 2 minutes 50 with a middle eight and harmonies.
I've parted with a lot of cd's lately- but the Rubes remain!

In 1982, when I was 18, my band opened for these guys at The Stage in Danville CA. I can't believe that this is all the video that's out there. Their big hit was "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend." I sure hope they shot a video for it. The Rubinoos were indeed one of the best Power Pop bands ever.
