  • @Rubix0517

This kind of methods are made by non smokers who like to talk but don't know what they are saying.

I can guarantee that the craving for cigarettes will never leave completely when nicotine is replaced by something else.

  • @nrsimha The main goal is to quite so you don't have serious health problems later on and can restore the quality of your life, whatever works people should go for.

  • 1 question. why should i not drink coffee after 7pm.

  • It's rubbish like this

that makes it very hard for people who try to quit.

If you replace cigarettes with something else you give yourself the suggestion

you gave something up, something good & very important that "needs" to be replaced.

You still performing a similar ritual as when you still used nicotine (cigarettes)

You started to feel craving so you smoked,

    wit this replace- eat method:

you start to feel craving now you eat.

    That's allso problem behavior.

  • this is the best infor available i have ever seen thank you

  • Nice video. I haven't had a cigarette in 18 hours and I'm irritable, nauseated, full of energy, and have a slight headache. I hope I can sleep tonight! I've always developed insomnia when I've tried to quit smoking. I'm so glad this Kona nut extract has killed my appetite, otherwise I'd eat my entire refrigerator.

  • thank you

  • @inuyasha0xpk Why are you mean?
