  • I've been using v8 Ultra since it came out! Its been working great for me except for the occasional crashes! Add more render Formats

  • @frej950 oh Idk but for me it runs perfect I made lots id videos with it and it worked well.

  • I don't know why any of u are having problems but it runs fine for me! No problems! Im using Cyberlinkpowerdirector v8 ultra! No problems! For the people that do have problems Id say update the program or just get V8.

  • can anyone help? I have been using Cyberlink successfully for a while now but my last few DVD burns either stutter or freeze on playback. Could it be my drivers that need updating and if so how do I do that? Any advice would be much appreciated.

  • Very frustrating - it crashes every 5 minutes. The trim window is crap. Sorry I bought it and will try video studio or elements.

  • Ohh it does, not sure why they only had the last clip in widescreen though.

  • I have used this software, and it is a pure Headache, with continual crashing etc, when will these people get their act in order. in 3 words.

    WASTE OF TIME.

  • Yep. Tried the software, and it's bullocks. The only thing they changed is make it faster. HD Video conversion quality is terrible, and only a few formats are procesed on the GPU. Add to that the black box around the freaking 1080p video.

Those of us who have more videocards have to wait just as much as those with only one. This program is not capable of using more than one GPU.

  • I take it from the video that PowerDirector doesn't do widescreen.

  • Very nice. But the real question is did R&D fix the bug in the Trim window
