For the people saying cruel things about her: we haven't seen the delivery. Watch child birth videos. Virtually all moms who were in agony in labor are thrilled when the baby is born and totally in love with him or her.

I've never had children but I imagine that I'd be in a panic from the pain, the blood pressure cuff inflating every few minutes, tied down basically by the IV line and especially the constant noise of the fetal monitor. Give her a break. People have different levels of pain tolerane and will say anything when they're in severe pain. I had bleeding in my hip joint a few years ago.
Worst pain in my life and I swore (totally out of character for me). Don't judge what this woman said.
