Jesus said in Matthew 12:25 - "Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and any city or house divided against itself will not stand." That is exactly what Protestantism is today. There over 30,000 different denominations out there claiming the Holy Spirit drives them as if the Holy Spirit was schizophrenic.
The may "call" themselves Christians but they are not part of the body of Christ "The Church". Remember what St. Athanasius said, "Let us note that the very tradition, teaching, and faith of the Catholic Church from the beginning, which the Lord gave, was preached by the Apostles, and was preserved by the Fathers. On this was the Church founded; and if anyone departs from this, he neither is nor any longer ought to be called a Christian." "Four Letters to Serapion of Thmuisc," c. 360 A.D.
Protestants change everything to their own ways... the Bible, the way of living (they get tattoos, divorces, celebrate halloween... BUT they're Christians and they love Christ..)
Ivan, awesome video. 5*'s. You really did your research on this.
If I remember right the Jews saw what the Christians did with scriptures by putting them into one book and they too did the same thing 70 years afterwards. Except they only didn't accept the ones written in Greeks.
Ofcourse the Protestants changed the format by cancelling 7 books in the 16ce.
Good job on the video.
