@whovianbadwolf I have been reading up on them, they started appearing around the city in 2001, originally they were graffiti painted by a protest group called the Orange Alternative, but soon the city government saw their potential as a tourist attraction!

We could not have that small statuary here because some person would fall over it and sue the government, and the artist and the manufacturer, and the artist's parents and the artist's neighbors... See where I'm going with this??
