1. The floor color is Natural Oak. I don't know the brand. It is 8mm thickness... the cheapest I could find at the local hardware store.
2. The renovation took 4 days, but that was evenings... I had to go to work. It was actually the week before Christmas.
3. I used a Sears Miter Saw. For the long cuts, I used a table saw. It's hell on the blades so be prepared to sacrifice one. I put an old blade in and ruined that one a little more.
