Yes we need a plan, it's getting late since the 70's oil crunch and there is no time for bs ideas or politics. There is a energy need and an energy infrastructure can provide jobs to sustain the economy. Both parties must come together as one, maby a "green energy" guru is needed.

hey woodups and digging open your ears, listen to what is being said if you don't like his idea then come up with one of your own. stand up and be a leader not a complainer!! you can trade stock on the wind turbines through any wind turbine manufacture or electric company. I work for a major wind company and am proud that I am making a difference for our future. It about time that we move into the future. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

Does the plan offer the army the ability to profit from this finacially ? Since your going to drain the oogala resivior and use government money to establish a grid for your wind power are you going to provied American's with the oppertunity to profit as well or are you all take and talk?
