Are our feelings and responses genuine? We can't ultimately know for sure. The best we can do is to NOT react but to ACT. We need to dissect everything that comes our way to try and get behind it and get a grain of truth and then act with reason and intellect. Some of us may think because we are aware of the programming that we are immune from it. That is WRONG! It is also potentially dangerous to think that way. Do you doubt that there are programs aimed at people like us who know some of what is going on? Dig into everything. Don't fly off the handle. Don't be the first out the door. Use your mind, think and ACT.

its a very good point you've made. its easy to get caught up in the whole mind set. you start to become paranoid, and miss the fundamental principals of what made you a truth searcher. its like when you go on a trip and get so caught up in what your going to do when you get there, you forget to fill up with petrol and end up breaking down and you never reach your destination because you were too busy thinking, about your destination. if that makes sense?
