  • Only made #69 nationally. But made Top 5 in eternal hearts!!

  • @MultiBudboy That's a shame because this was and still is a great song. You'd be surprised how many musical gems and classics haven't made the Top 50 Billboard Singles Charts. It just goes to show these charts really don't mean much when it comes to music quality.

  • what year was this soung from? 59?

  • @SuperNovember28 ...The song is from 1959

  • One of the all-time great Doo Wop songs by a great group! Thanks for the posting ladyvee 7110!

  • @mikeletz You're quite welcome.

  • great music. where has life gone?

  • Jimmy Galager, is GREAT. love this song. T verona, nj

  • Oh WOW!!!! Truly Beautiful!!!

  • Hi! my name is John "Marty" Trautman, co-founder & member of a Manhattan doo-wop group known as "The Chevrons". I was always a big fan of "The Passions". My favorite recording of theirs is "This Is My Love". I wish they would have had a true bass vocalist to complete their sound. We did several gigs with "The Passions" & "The Mystics", two terrific Brooklyn Groups! Doo-Wops FOREVER!

  • Oh, the good old days with Alan Freed, Cousin Brucie and many many more. You go to the Albee or RKO in Brooklyn and you were in heaven. I'm 66 and love them all.

  • Jimmy Gallagher, still has it, Awsome, beautiful..... Yeaaaah Boy!

  • This really is a wonderful song! Despite their rapidly advancing ages, they still look & sound great! This has to be one of the greatest doo-wop songs of all time, I 'm so glad I found it!

  • @Cleftonefan Your right Frank is off stage, it is My old bass Steve Horn Jimmy, and Lou, however Lou was in a much later version of The Passions , and did not sing on their hits though he has a great voice and is a great guy, this is in no way The Original Passions .and since that is how it is billed ,it is bullshit and does a dis service to fans who after awhile will believe anything if it brings back a youthful memory, but a lie is still a lie bro!
