On Feb. 2, 2009, CNBC's Erin Burnett was on Meet The Press, and on Feb. 3 Adam Green wrote a piece on Huffington Post saying she served as an apologist for Wall Street:

I saw the segment. Erin Burnett made excuses and was not convincing.

One very lame point: She said bad performing employees should not get bonuses, that is true. The employees that did make money got bonuses-the part she left out.

Bail-out money goes to a general fund and then gets disbursed,(fancy accounting word), in to different accounts. e.g. overhead, advertising, payroll, and bonuses.
