The White House's program to assit homeowners in loan modifcations!

This is all a bunch of horseshit being fed to horses, interest rates are artificially low for now........what do you all think will happen once they inevitably start to spike? You think this Obama White House plan is going to save everyone?

Like everything else this presidency has done, it is only surface deep and short term.

Obama loves to take personal debt and place it onto National debt, because that is the easy answer to everything.

That is all good and well. But guess what, what about those who are struggling to make monthly payments and talking to people like Bank of America that won't work with you and now face foreclosure. The answer is no when trying to make arrangements with Bank of America and they get to be the caller of the shots when they are under litagation. What's wrong with this picture? I tried to refinance but not a option with Bank of America.
