  • Hey guys thanks for writing in! I love the 100% whey and still use it quite a bit. However, as of late I have been using our brand new protein, Platinum Hydrowhey, which is actually 100 pure whey isolate..hydrolyzed whey isolate I might add. There is nothing as pure as this protein on earth at this time and the taste rocks! I recommend anyone trying to add size or diet to try it you will not be let down.

    All my best!

  • So , I just bought 5 lbs delicious strawberry ... Should i start with 2 or 3 times a day ??? ( I'm looking to gain weight + build more muscles and weigh 60 kg's at 5'10 ) .. please Do reply ..

  • I know that many people work hard and don't have time to eat 6 meals so they need to use protein shakes but i prefer the 6 meals a day plan.

    No disrespect.

  • @2010FONZI There are many places. GNC, VitaminShoppe. Usually your local vitamin/supplement shop. Or online

  • Fonzi - you can get this at pretty much any local sports nutrition or specialty health food store. It's also available across countless online retailers.

  • Where do u get it?

  • Ive been taking muscle milk and not many inprovements. Switched to this hoping it works

  • MSG has many hidden names!

    Additives that OFTEN contain MSG

oat protein, flowing agents, whey protein or whey, anything enriched or vitamin enriched, protein fortified 'anything', annatto, whey protein isolate or concentrate, yeast nutrients

The harmful effects of MSG include ADHD, autism, obesity, growth disruptions, learning and behavioral problems, hormonal imbalance, epilepsy, insomnia, damage to the retina, heart problems, cancer, etc.

  • @billubakra007 Pre.Workout, Post-Workout, whenever you wanna replace a meal.

    Post workout is mandatory.

It will help you a lot, but remember to eat well, sleep well, and train hard!

  • i just bought this one today i hope it works
