    i believe that i asked a lot!

  • @zanirulee we're definitely going to bring all those things to you!! Make sure you watch our videos on some of the topics you mentioned. The full-length Vertical Jump video is up on the Main Shot Science Channel! Check it out!

  • Hi Chase, i ask this question in another video but couldn't get a reply, so... , I was wondering what kind of jump rope should i purchase? (To improve my vertical jump), the speedy ones, or the weighted ones, etc etc... please recommend me.

  • @pointblankism that really depends on what you are training for. Can you fill us in a little more? We're also going to have jump ropes in the Shot Science Store very soon, so let us know what you're looking for!

  • @sky3reaker I don't no which hair style i like more. xD

  • @chasecurtiss Oh,ok. Thanks for the reply!

  • @pointblankism Sorry! The jump romp is much more of a speed tool than a vertical leap tool. It may help you quick off the ground quicker but it is not likely to improve your vertical jump height. The weighted ropes are meant to work more upper body strength and core strength as well. The speed ropes are meant to work specifically on foot speed work. Just depends on what you are looking to do.

  • @pointblankism reply please !^_^

  • @chasecurtiss Hmm, I decided to search for some jump ropes online to improve my vertical jump, but there were lots of kind of jump rope like the one i mentioned before ; speedy ones, or the weighted ones. So, i was hoping you guys could help me.

  • @exchamelot VERY soon!! Thanks for all the support!
