hi Ted i want to thank you so much for your beautiful videos I feel so mentally and physically exhausted as I have been caring for my lovely parents dad 86 mum 80 since new year when dad fell and broke his hip and mums cancer started to take her over. When they were in hospital their house was burgled & trashed.

Beautiful mum died last month and is now at peace, Dad fell again & broke his shoulder.

Some days I feel so blue

These videos are WONDERFUL. I felt a profound effect in my body and felt relaxed immediately. The last time I felt this kind of immediate response was listening to the digideroo. With this Chakra 4, I was able to take a full breath deep into my lungs. Haven't been able to do this since I had double pneumonia and recurrent bronchitis since a year ago.
