A lot of fun on a Friday night with my pole on spinning....and even wearing my slippers!!! Love it! I planned to do a couple of minutes on the spinning pole.....but appear to have got carried away!! Sorry!

...the correct shift the outstretched ankle makes all the difference... you look a little cramped there....

lovely stuff, I think gymastics is amazing.
Do you know the theory behind centrifuges and the pirouette?
Closer to the centre the body will move faster but any acceleration on a part stretched out away from the centre will be magnified at the centre and mke the whle rotate quicker.... :)
