Japan Earthquake : Unknown Creature Caught On Aerial Footage !

After replaying the original video so many times I noticed that there is some strange white thing jumping over the roofs and rubbles. That little thing was absolutely alive ! It strangely changes its direction so fast and stop suddenly over rubbles ! I'm sure a plastic bag can not move fast and stop like that.
So what do you think it is? Leave a comment or a video response ;)
