This was August 7th off of the shore of Long Island. I want to say out of Oyster Bay? (My husband made a reference to "right where Billy the Kid was captured" so I'm trying to remember my Billy Joel. LOL)

No. That was in Long Island yesterday afternoon. My husband and daughter were on a party fishing boat out of City Island.
